Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase via USPS. Rose May Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. If you never received your package and it says it was delivered, please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you. Free shipping is offered for purchases over $50 excluding Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we are not offering free shipping for international orders.
